Ironroot Foundation Co. is a foundation repair crew based in Burleson, Texas, working the six towns around it: Crowley, Joshua, Alvarado, Cleburne and Mansfield. We do one trade. Why the name
An ironroot is what a pier is, in plain terms: a root made of steel and concrete that a house grows down into ground that does not move. Tree roots in this town are half the foundation problem; they drink the clay dry at one corner and the corner drops. Our roots go the other direction: down through the moving soil to the quiet layer, and then they hold. The name is the method. Everything we install is a root, and everything we promise is anchored the same way.
How we work
Most foundation companies sell first and measure later, or measure with an eye already on the quote. We built Ironroot the other way around. The evaluation is a measurement service on its own: elevation readings, a contour map of the floor, a crawl space pass with photos where there is one to pass. The verdict comes off the instrument. Sometimes that verdict is piers. Sometimes it is a drain and a soaker hose. Sometimes it is a clean bill with a baseline map you keep for the next decade. When work is needed, the quote is flat and written from the map, pier count and locations named. The price does not grow when the yard opens. The work is done by our own crew, the same faces at the measurement and the lift, and it carries a lifetime warranty on the pier work that transfers to the next owner at no fee, with your readings and pier map on file for the life of the house.
