One crew, eight jobs, all of it foundation work. We do not roof, we do not remodel, and we do not hand your job to a subcontractor you have never met. If it holds your house up, drains the water away from it, or seals the space under it, it is on this page. If it is not foundation work, we do not sell it.

Every service below starts the same way: a free evaluation with elevation readings across your floor. The readings tell us which service your house actually needs. Sometimes that is piers. Sometimes it is a drain and a watch on the crack. We would rather tell you the small truth than sell you the big job.
Notice what is not on this page: a price per service presented like a menu board. Foundation work does not price honestly that way, because the same crack can mean a tube of sealant on one house and nine piers on the next. What we can publish honestly is the shape of every job: the survey that opens it, the flat written quote that follows the survey, the crew that does the work, and the warranty that closes it. The ranges live on the cost guide, where they belong, with the factors that move a job up or down inside them. Pick the service that matches your symptoms, or pick none of them and start with the inspection; the readings will sort your house into the right row of this page on their own.
Most houses that call us need one main job and one supporting job. A dropped slab corner needs piers to lift it and drainage to keep the water that caused the drop from doing it again. A pier and beam house with sagging floors needs beam and support work first, then encapsulation to keep the crawl space dry enough for the new wood to last. We quote the whole picture on the first visit, flat, so you are never sold the second half as a surprise. Not sure which one your house needs? That is normal. Start with the foundation inspection. It is free, it covers the whole house, and the readings point at the right service on their own.
Foundation RepairPiers under the low side, a controlled lift on hydraulics, and a floor that reads level when we are done. That is the whole job, done right.
Slab RepairSunken slab sections lifted and locked onto piers. Every crack mapped before we start and checked again after the lift.
Pier & Beam RepairBad beams out, new beams in, steel supports set and floors re-leveled from underneath. Crawling under houses is the job. We do it.
Crack RepairA brick crack is a symptom, not the disease. We stop the movement first, then we seal the crack. In that order, or do not bother.
House LevelingThe whole house brought back to level, room by room, reading by reading. Doors close again. Floors stop sloping. Done.
Crawl Space RepairSupports, beams and a sealed liner over the dirt. A dry crawl space means the structure above it stops rotting.
Foundation WaterproofingMembrane on the wall, water off the foundation. Wet soil pressed against concrete is how slabs get moved in the first place.
Drainage & French DrainsWater is the cause. Drains are the cure. We dig the trenches nobody wants to dig and grade the yard so water leaves.Tell us what the house is doing and we will call you back to set the free evaluation. Prefer to talk? Call (682) 439-9099.
